PrimeSocial was the fastest growing poker club in the U.S. with 11,000 members whenit was closed in a controversial raid by the Harris County District Attorney'sOffice. Both the criminal charges and a county nuisance lawsuit were dropped asthe club exposed corruption blamed for its retaliatory shutdown.
Whenthe club was shuttered more than 100 employees were at work in the 24 hour aday venue.
DistrictAttorney Kim Ogg was forced to dismiss the case after admitted multipleconflicts in her office. Ogg acted as news was about to break that her seniorwhite-collar crime advisor was also paid by Prime Social to work on anonexistent ordinance. Two poker clubs and a third that never opened all paidmoney in the scheme.

TheFBI is now investigating possible public corruption. Prime Social is workingwith federal investigators to get computer equipment seized in the raidreturned. District Attorney Kim Oggcontinues to hide key public records and has refused to tell voters what sheknew about the poker club shakedown and when she knew it.
